Kuranda Koala Gardens - our award winning 'boutique' wildlife experience gives visitors a great opportunity to meet some of Australia's iconic wildlife. Take the opportunity to 'Cuddle a Koala' (extra cost - includes a digital souvenir photo). See koalas, wombats, hand feed tame wallabies, observe freshwater crocodiles, see the lizards basking in the sun and enter Australia's first walk-through reptile house! In here you will see a collection of venomous snakes plus frogs and more. All this right in Kuranda Village markets. A courtesy bus runs every few minutes from the kuranda Train and Skyrail terminals to the village.
